These grommets are too short (top to bottom) for my WP-100W Waterpik Flosser. I've tried several of these and they all have the same error. The "fins" under the water tank/tank should rest against the sockets and create an opening for water to pass through. Unfortunately they are too short so water will not flow to the base of the "pump mechanism" unless excessive pressure is applied to the tank. It's too random and almost always leads to the same problem when I use Waterpik. It took me some time to realize that the problem wasn't with the pumping mechanism or the pick itself. At the moment I have to use the tank without gaskets (firmly placed on the base). Without those faulty grommets everything else is fine.
