I like that it's easy to use, has great reporting features for both payers/beneficiaries as well as employees! It would be nice if you could customize your reports so they are more user friendly (i'm not sure how this is done). Also - there isn't an option in rewardstation where we can create our own custom fields or even add them manually through code? This feature should definitely exist somewhere within their platform but haven;t found anything yet either way with all of my searching online / asking questions directly from support staff at RS. We've been able solve most issues by using existing functionality available via report builder rather than creating new workflows etc., which saves time & money since those things aren’t always intuitive nor do people understand what needs doing when asked "how does X look up Y data point?".
