Review on 🔌 Integrative USB Hart Modem: GLTL USB to Hart Protocol Modem, Transmitter, and Convertor (Supports All Hart Protocol Devices) by Brockington Zuniga

I ordered this HART device based on feedback and interface software package. The disc that came with the product was blank. I downloaded the documentation for this product provided on the Revain website and found the manuals and software. The software will not function without a registration code from the provider. I followed the instructions to register the software, but twice I did not receive a response from the email address provided in the instructions. I called Revain tech support and they couldn't get any answers as the website is in Chinese. Revane was accommodating and immediately offered a refund. I'm returning this broken gear to Revane.
