TERRIBLE FUNCTIONALITY

I returned this item the day after I received it. On the plus side, it looks and feels like a really good remote, but the functionality still needs a lot of work. I bought it to work with my 4K Fire Stick and TV. The downsides for me were that too many buttons and functions just didn't work or didn't do what they were supposed to do. 1. The Enter/Navigation key did not select/launch certain apps at all, or in the list 4 or 5 apps jumped right to another app when pressed, or mysteriously failed to launch an app next to the selected app and would still do it in other apps it works normally. 2. The Enter/Navigation button is poorly designed for multifunctional use, unlike the similar button on the Fire Stick remote.3. No Alexis voice feature. 4. Won't "learn" from any remote you've tried, including your TV, flash drive, or DVD player. 5. Even the main power button didn't work. 6. None of the programmable keys can be programmed. 7. Chingrish's instructions were hardly appropriate for one who knows what he is doing; Terrible for a person with electronics. 8. Another silly example of broken functionality was using the main enter/navigation key to fast forward or rewind a YouTube video, resulting in forwarding to the next video or back to a previously played video. On the plus side, the backlit keyboard was very good and seemed to work fine for typing, but the flawed basic functionality of the rest of the device renders it useless. I won't even comment on the shaky mouse pointer function as I've barely tested it after all the other bugs.

Pros
