TERRIBLE FUNCTIONALITY

I returned this item the day after I received it. On the plus side, it looks and feels like a really good remote, but the functionality still needs a lot of work. I bought it to work with my 4K Fire Stick and TV. The downsides for me were that too many buttons and functions just didn't work or didn't do what they were supposed to do. 1. The Enter/Navigation key did not select/launch certain apps at all, or in the list 4 or 5 apps jumped right to another app when pressed, or mysteriously failedโ€ฆ

So far the best remote control for my Nvidia Shield

I've tried several other remote controls for my entertainment system and this is by far the best! I currently have two of these and am using them on a new smart TV setup as well as an old TV (IR remote) with the T95Zplus attached. This remote control is easy to program with old IR remote controls. My setup 1: I have a Samsung Smart TV, Nvidia Shield and a Denon Receiver. My Shield is connected to the receiver and the HDMI cable "Monitor Out" goes to the TV. Because the Shield, TV, and receiverโ€ฆ

FYI: The remote I received is actually BETTER/different than the one pictured in the Amazon ad. The most prominent (top) image in the Amazon ad shows the keys of a keyboard with the primary function (letters) in white and the secondary function (numbers, punctuation) in blue. THAT'S NOT THE CASE. The actual remote I received is the last/seventh picture (at the time of this review). The secondary button function is actually white, which is a HUGE improvement and makes this THE BEST KEYBOARD I'VE
