I used a mask when working with spray paint that kept the paint fumes out of the air. But the straps that hold the mask in place need to be stronger. As I moved around the object to be drawn, the mask would move, sometimes creating gaps between the mask and the skin. The filter cartridges protrude and block the view below. You have to tilt your head down to see below horizontal. Apart from that it works fine.
