These are well-built baking racks and great for cooling baked goods on the kitchen counter. But, as one reviewer pointed out, they are odd sized. They are too big for a quarter sheet pan and too small for a half sheet pan. But they can be used together in a half sheet pan with a slight overlap. Perhaps they will fit the standard home 13x9 inch baking pan, but I don’t own one so I can’t test it out.What I can say is that I placed both into a half sheet pan and roasted a pair of chickens on these racks. They were perfect for that task. I also placed them on a cutting board and used them to cool a batch of muffins. Again, perfectly suited to the task.The price is right and I can see getting a lot of use out of these.
