It serves me very well. I love how smooth it rolls. I have a dinosaur doll that rumbles and hisses like a rattle trap. This one just slides. It has a nice and wide base to balance tall items. Conventional carts in this style also tend not to be stacked, so the fact that this cart can be hung out of sight on a wall is a standout in itself. Not to mention it's SUPER easy to fold and unfold. It's light, but I'm not sure I would consider it 'heavy' as the name suggests. In general it looks good, but still some parts of it are made of plastic. I wanted it for the simple task of moving small furniture, boxes, and random packages around the house, so it works for me. If you're looking for a cart for more demanding tasks, it might be worth considering other options. Overall it's a simple 5 stars!
