I bought this so that it would be easier to bathe my dog in our bathroom/soul. But now I could get a second one for our main shower. Huge size acts like a rain drain shower nozzle and feels great, covers your whole body with water, making you feel comfortable and warm in your shower. It has 3 settings but only 1. I used a large amount of plumbing tape to seal all the areas where you come together before gathering and I recommend everyone doing the same if you want to keep the shower head from leaking becomes water. Set up was pretty easy despite the lack of instructions. The hose may be short for some, but it should be good for most. Also, if your pipe coming from the top is angled down like mine, you'll probably need to tilt that head all the way up so the shower nozzle isn't pointing all the way down. In general if you are looking for an update from the usual shower nozzle and are interested in a manual version I think the large size is what you need, especially at this price point you shouldn't be disappointed.
