Why would Nadu self sabotage? It doesn't make sense, but after opening this product I understand why there were reviews of these wax strips not working well: 1) First of all, had the Nad's box which is normally SEALED when you buy it at retail , a broken seal. doesn't matter 2) The plastic bag inside with strips of wax + wipes smeared was cut open. Don't CUT, but CUT half an inch wide (e.g. with a utility knife or sharp knife and will only be visible if you pay attention to detail) and deep enough to cut through one of the greased cloths. Well, long story short, of course wipes don't work that well because when they arrive they're already damp with lube, so the glue doesn't do its job like it usually does in the store! Not cool. They're cheaper than Revain, but not worth it, even as an "additional".
