I tend to put all the stress on my shoulders. The muscles there tense up and become so tight that they appear knotted when touched. This massage gun feels amazing and helps me untangle those knots. The massage gun comes with 4 different attachments that work well on different parts of the body. My favorite is the cone. This works very well for targeting small, hard-to-reach spots. It works great on my shoulders. It also helps me with plantar fasciitis. I really help relax tight foot muscles and relieve pain. This massage gun has 20 different speed levels so you can adjust it to suit your needs. I would recommend you always use it over your clothes, it tends to catch on skin and bounce around which can hurt. I've used it on my back (need a little help from my husband to reach the whole back) on my leg muscles, feet and shoulders. With the exception of most of my back, I can do almost anything with this pistol. My husband likes it because now I don't ask him to constantly rub my legs and shoulders. The massage gun is rechargeable and you can remove the battery, I'm guessing to replace it, but this set only includes one battery. It comes in a nice hard case that keeps everything in place and easy to take with you when needed.
