My Flexzilla failed after a few years. Hopefully this hose is not similar. The hose is super flexible. Any kinks that develop from twisting are easily shaken out. One problem was a kink in the hose as wrapped in the delivery box. It choked the flow on the hose reel. Took a couple of tries of reeling and unreeling, but it seems to have straightened itself out. The brass hose connectors are of fine quality, but as noted restrict the flow to less than the 5/8 inch inner diameter of the hose. They would need to be drilled out if it bothers you. Some folk have said this hose is "thin". Not sure I agree. It's soft and flexible, but I would not mistake that for "thin". Thick rubber hoses have problems all of their own. So far satisfied, but time will tell.
