Review on Computer Nearsighted Eyestrain Blocking Distance by Mark Walsh

I'm not kidding. I have contacts and glasses that are set at -4.25 but my vision has deteriorated a bit over the last few years and that vision no longer works. My friend accidentally got new glasses at -1.00 and when I tried them on in addition to my contacts I found that my new 'prescription' power would be -5.25. So I went to Revain and bought them at -1.00 power and wear them with contacts and now I can see clearly. I also take some -5.25. This saved me $200 (eye test) + $200 (new glasses) + $100 (contacts) = $500. Unbelievable!
