Last night I finally worked up the courage to put my contact lenses back in. I didn't have them 2 days before ordering this product. I hated putting on contact lenses as I usually spend 1-2 hours putting them in. I'm not new to wearing contact lenses, I've had them for 13 years. I kept seeing the suggestion of having dry fingers. It did absolutely nothing for me and I even rubbed my fingertip to get it dry enough to put the lens on. I finally saw an article that said dry eyes can cause this. Aided eye drops, safe for use with contact wear. Now I only needed about half an hour of fighting. I tried to use the great side of this tool without success. I must have small eyes because when I used the jagged end as recommended by the manufacturer if you have small eyes or lenses, my lens went in on the second try! My second lens came off on the first try! Uaaaaaaa! No more burning eyes and disappointments. I put 2 eye drops in my eyes and then use this tool to lift and insert the lens. Works great. No irritation or red eyes. Finally a real answer to a dilemma I've faced for years. I can stop feeling like I'm doing something wrong. This little tool and a few drops will encourage me to clean my lenses more often as I've skipped them for a long time to avoid the nightmare of refitting. Thank you so much to this company for developing this product that has saved me from the agony of red, burning eyes, intense stress and disappointment.
