i ordered this one, other than the esrright one (even though it had more ratings) cause they seemed about the same and it was less expensive and the latch release was on the side instead of a ring pull on inside. It arrived really quick, actually too quick than what the posted arrival time was. I received it all in one box and felt sorry for the delivery guy had to unload it by himself due to I wasn't at home. Putting it together was too easy. slide the backrest on ,and plug a few color coded cables and your on your way! first thing i noticed was the depth of the chair. it seemed a bit short for me, but am not super tall (under 6 ft) but once reclined it wasn't a issue. the other thing I noticed is that due to my age I cant read the controller very well. (too small for older people and the coloring makes it harder to read.) I noticed the other brand has the same exact controller. Not sure if they would offered a replacement for a larger controller for us getting up in age. guess I will need glasses beside the recliner to read it. it is conformable and I like the rocking part, but if your not coordinated, this could be a issue sitting down on it initially. If you have the feet rest out and get up and try to sit back down, the recliner tends to slide when you try to sit down on it. I have it on a floor with no rug (the base could be a bit heavier or with more contact space with floor to keep it from sliding.) the vibration is nice with multiple settings. overall i am very happy with the product. a little tweaking and I think it would be super for the price. I have had this for only a day or so.
