This valve worked great for what I needed. I've used this, like many other people, to remove a faulty Toyota factory part that's failing, causing the rear brakes to fail. The factory load-sensing proportional valve rusts and turns into an irreparable pile of junk. If you have basic driving skills, you can get your Tacoma or 4Runner to stop for $40 instead of $200-$400. After installing and adjusting I had no problems locking up the rear brake, the truck hasn't stopped this well in years!
