Review on Makita FD09Z Lithium Ion Cordless Driver Drill by Jim Booth

So I've used this 12v Makita for several projects around the house, and 9 times out of 10 I've used this drill more than my 18v Makita. Its power is enough to make clean 8x3 screw holes. Although it's matte, I like the feel of the instrument. Balanced. I tried the brushless model and honestly I think they both have the same performance. And the last note: the drill does not weaken when drilling! If you've ever used a brushless model, you know what I'm talking about.
