Works like OEM. Very important.
I replaced the door lock actuator on my 2010 Town & Country. It took me about a couple of hours. It's a little difficult. I sealed the windows with duct tape to keep them from falling. I had to remove the window regulator motor. A regular DIYer like me should take on this project.
