I just wrote a whole review but then somehow it got erased. The bottom line is it's great. I work three jobs I'm 52 years old and one of the jobs is very physically demanding. I've been using the roller since I got it for about 2 weeks and my muscles that were cramping and achy or no longer like that. I can't roll it on my middle upper back shoulder area due to a fact that I have a physical limitation with my shoulders. I would love to have seen it with extendable arms so that someone with my issue could use it even in that area.
