Great roller - my new review

This roller is great! I usually use the more rounder rollers but I wanted to give this one a try hoping it would help with muscle tension in my back which it did! There are three moving sections which make it really great for movement when rolling it and it is very lightweight. The quality is very good as well. I like the grips on the handles too. Overall great purchase.

Pros
  • Liked the size to use on legs and sciatica area. Helped loosen up muscles and felt relief almost always
Cons
  • Vino con el rodillo desgastado, como si hubiera sido usado.

Feeling good! on my review.

I just wrote a whole review but then somehow it got erased. The bottom line is it's great. I work three jobs I'm 52 years old and one of the jobs is very physically demanding. I've been using the roller since I got it for about 2 weeks and my muscles that were cramping and achy or no longer like that. I can't roll it on my middle upper back shoulder area due to a fact that I have a physical limitation with my shoulders. I would love to have seen it with extendable arms so that someone with my…

Pros
  • Love the muscle roller- relaxes and smooths sore muscles
Cons
  • May not be effective for all body types

Didn't Work For My Needs

I have very tight neck muscles. The one that hurts the most is the muscle that goes over the top of my shoulder then up the side of my neck. You need two hands to use this and I found it impossible to get both hands in a position to put any pressure on that muscle. It just sits in the box. Don't buy it if you can't position both hands successfully.

Pros
  • B07DTN7LB8
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with recent surgeries or injuries

Seems well built: my feedback

I used this kind of roller at the place I workout so we purchased one for our home, we really like to use it as my personal trainer teached me not only when feeling pain but to massage the muscles after workouts .

Pros
  • A bit stiff at first, hard plastic but roll well. Wish it had a cover or soft rubber/foam on top.
Cons
  • May require more effort and time than other massage techniques

. A quality muscle massage tool that gets results

Nice quality muscle massage stick that’s easy to use. I am currently using it for plantar fasciitis on my heel… I have had remarkable results. Helpful in any area needing more circulation.

Pros
  • This is a wonderful product, I use it almost daily. Well-made, the rollers are soft but not too soft.
Cons
  • May worsen any pre-existing muscle soreness or injuries

Such a relief! best in my review

I went through some physical therapy last year and my favorite part, after my "workout" was getting my muscles "tenderized". (oh it hurts so good) Finding this on line and at an affordable price was a real plus. Now I can get the same results at home. I looked at a lot of similar items. I took a leap of faith and I am not disappointed. I highly recommend this product.

Pros
  • BUILT TO LAST - Our Muscle Roller is made with premium high grade materials and designed to be effective and long lasting. Made with polypropylene plastic and steel, there is a 2mm gap between each roller to allow for smooth rolling and prevent hair getting stuck. Non slip handles with grips and a 100% steel bar running through the stick keep the unit secure.
Cons
  • May cause skin irritation or rash with prolonged use

Great roller! best in my review

I love this roller! I have used it everyday since I got it! It is study and works better than my foam roller which is much bigger. This roller can get to more places with less effort because of it's size!

Pros
  • I have been using this item after having liposuction, and it really helps with the healing process.
Cons
  • May take time to master proper technique and use

Rolls have lateral movement

The elements on the massage roller are not packed tightly like in the picture. There is a gap of about half the size of an indivual roll. This means the rolls can move left and right on the steel bar instead of actually rolling and catching your hair (if you have hairy legs) or clothes.I like the size of the roller. 16' fits much better into my storage area than the regular 18' ones but that the rolls have lateral play makes it mostly not useable.

Pros
  • Works very well feels great on legs after a long day at work
Cons
  • May not fit easily into a workout bag or purse

Great for deep tissue pressure

It's easy to use. I recently had Physical Therapy and they use this tool. I thought it was the devil, but it was so helpful for deep tissue issues.

Pros
  • East to use and more convenient than a typical foam roller.
Cons
  • May not be as comfortable as foam rollers or massage balls

Very handy for my opinion

I love this roller. I previously had one that was harder plastic and was pretty painful to use, but this one is great. It has just enough give in the middle section to not cause pain.

Pros
  • I love this product, i use it to roll out knots after i run and tightness
Cons
  • May require a certain level of flexibility to use properly

Muscles feeling good

My youngest daughter asked for this for christmas, after her practice she said she need a deep tissue message. She is really enjoying it.

Pros
  • This muscle roller does the job!
Cons
  • Can cause fatigue or strain on the hands and wrists

Good quality best in my review

This roller is very good for helping "roll out" sore muscles, arthritis pain, "Charlie Horse" and more. It's won't solve all your pain, but it certainly helps. The brush part is hard, not soft. Good product for the price.

Pros
  • Much easier to roll my legs, as I don['t have to support my weight with my hands. And more portable.
Cons
  • May not be as effective as a professional massage

Handy device good for me

I have been going for physical therapy and they use a device like this as part of my treatment. It works so well I decided to buy my own. This one is sturdy and really helps break up knots in muscles. I have been able to massage leg muscles, buttocks muscles and low back muscles. Its a little difficult to massage your own shoulders but have a friend, husband , wife, etc help out. Sturdy and priced well.

Pros
  • July 5, 2016
Cons
  • Can be noisy or distracting during use

Great to relieve nerve pain and muscle soreness!

I am recovering from pretty serious injuries, which left me unable to just about anything besides sitting down and physical therapy. As a result I experienced a lot of muscle atrophy so even walking for long distances causes deep muscle aches, which this helps massage and relieve. Further, I have damage to 4 nerves in my lower back, one of which is the sciatic. (so this would help relieve sciatica) Rolling on my calves helps relieve the tightness brought on by shooting nerve pain. I would…

Pros
  • Helps relieve muscle cramps. Also nice for massage.
Cons
  • Can be heavy and cumbersome to carry around

Better than expected

bought this is in addirion to another brand roller requested by family member. Muscle roller is so much better and family's favorite. i have to hide it so they dont walk away with it every night.

Pros
  • Easy to use and very helpful for sore muscles and knots
Cons
  • Can be intimidating for beginners or those not familiar with deep tissue massage

Works well for muscle pain.

Works tight muscles in my back, legs. Arms. Love the foam notches for my lower back pain. I recommend this product to everyone who may have muscle issues.

Pros
  • Buy it NOW!
Cons
  • May not be as effective for muscle relaxation as other massage techniques

Best with help in my review

Item looks exactly as pictured. I have lower back issues and this works best if you have someone to help you roll it. May not be durable enough for frequent use!

Pros
  • My calf feels better.
Cons
  • May not be durable enough for frequent use

Easy to use and great value for money

I got this and another piece of equipment on the recommendation of a friend after complaining about soreness after workouts and muscle pain. I love getting professional massages but didn't really practice self massage or stretching as much as I should have. It really helps with recovery and easing pain, and it's easy to use by yourself. It feels even better if someone does it for you, while you're standing or lying down. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • Its very sturdy and not bulky.
Cons
  • Can be difficult to use on bony areas of the body

It's a thin roller. Lightweight, not deep divits

This is a nice introductory roller. It's simple to use, lightweight, and does the job well. However, it's a smoother roller than I expected. That's OK. Just make sure you want a smoother roller and not something more coarse. Would recommend as the product is. Seems durable.

Pros
  • Works great.
Cons
  • Can cause discomfort if used on areas with nerve endings

My Physical Therapist approved

It's working. It's taking away those painful knots in my thigh muscles which allows me to walk without the pain. My thigh muscles used to keep me awake at night. This URBNFit roller takes away the knots and pain better than any OTC pain relievers

Pros
  • Thirty-five years of sciatica being "rolled" back.
Cons
  • May require assistance to properly use on certain muscles
