Very handy for my opinion

I love this roller. I previously had one that was harder plastic and was pretty painful to use, but this one is great. It has just enough give in the middle section to not cause pain.

Pros

I love this product, i use it to roll out knots after i run and tightness

Cons

May require a certain level of flexibility to use properly
