Good quality best in my review
This roller is very good for helping "roll out" sore muscles, arthritis pain, "Charlie Horse" and more. It's won't solve all your pain, but it certainly helps. The brush part is hard, not soft. Good product for the price.

- Much easier to roll my legs, as I don['t have to support my weight with my hands. And more portable.
Cons
- May not be as effective as a professional massage

This works great for post liposuction. Do not get that $70 roller. This one gets deeper because the ridges are far apart and wide.
