Good massage - my new review

This roller will give your muscles some tough love when they need a good massage. I mainly use it along the butt and thighs where I've gotten stiff during the pandemic. Hard enough to do the job but not brutal. Rolling action is perfect.

Pros
  • This is a great tool! It helps with soreness and aches and pains. Easy to use and the price is right!
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility

Great product for my opinion

Great product, bought it for my hubby for Christmas, and he uses it daily to relive muscle pain he gets from a former baseball injury

Pros
  • Works perfectly for getting that deep tissue rub on your thighs like I wanted/needed.
Cons
  • Can be too intense for certain areas of the body

Great deap tissue massager

I bought a large massage stick, the one with bumps. I've been using it for a week and I like it. It is like a mini RumbleRoller on a stick. I like this UrbnFit massager because it's durable (the stick is metal) and the rotating parts are made of the hard foam, not plastic. I highly recommend it to those who likes (or need) a deep tissue massage.

Pros
  • Massage Sticks
Cons
  • May not be ideal for individuals with blood clotting disorders

Best 15 bucks I've ever spent!

I love this tool so much that I had to buy another one! As a Massage therapist, self care is very important to me and this tool helps me take care of areas that I need most!

Pros
  • Use this product for muscle soreness. Fantastic to use after a workout or to get knots out.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for public use

Feels great in my review

Love the quality of them, they are very stiff and really gets deep into the muscle and helps with tightness, knots and just overall blood circulation. I highly recommend. Another thing, i have my GF roll me out and i do it to her but u can do it to yourself but i prefer someone else doing it.

Pros
  • Great easy-to-use tool and just hit the spot for me.
Cons
  • Can be difficult to use on hard-to-reach areas of the body

Great as a Supplement to Foam Rolling

I am 67 and I foam roll for increased flexibility. I can't always easily get to muscle groups with the big roller, but this allows me to release those areas. I use it every morning.

Pros
  • This provides amazing massaging relief, especially for my hamstrings!
Cons
  • May not be worth the investment for occasional use

This muscle roller really helped me

This muscle roller has already helped with the knots I had in my lower back, side, and legs after just a few days. My chiropractor suggested using a tennis ball which works also but I wanted something that would work on larger areas. Using the enclosed booklet, I use this all over I feel tight and achy.

Pros
  • I use a foam roller for my back. I wanted something I could take with me when I travel. This works well.
Cons
  • Not suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions
