This muscle roller really helped me

This muscle roller has already helped with the knots I had in my lower back, side, and legs after just a few days. My chiropractor suggested using a tennis ball which works also but I wanted something that would work on larger areas. Using the enclosed booklet, I use this all over I feel tight and achy.

Pros

I use a foam roller for my back. I wanted something I could take with me when I travel. This works well.

Not suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions
