Great as a Supplement to Foam Rolling

I am 67 and I foam roll for increased flexibility. I can't always easily get to muscle groups with the big roller, but this allows me to release those areas. I use it every morning.

Pros

This provides amazing massaging relief, especially for my hamstrings!

Cons

May not be worth the investment for occasional use
