I love this dress! I'm 5ft 1in and usually wear a size small that fits me. The length is perfect and the crumpled stretch material means you can play with it a bit and pull it up to shorten the length of the dress. This dress can be worn off the shoulder but also looks good off the shoulder. The material is comfortable, unlined, so it should be thin and airy. I noticed the circuit is for sale on shein.com if you want to save a few bucks. Definitely worth the price and washes up well.
