I'm 12 so I bought 12. Too small. π
You DEFINITELY increase your height. But there is literally NO WAY you can walk in them without breaking your ankles. They are ONLY designed to stand still. Again, I went from 5ft 7" to 5ft 11" very quickly. It was a little strange. Laugh out loud.
Pros
- I'm sorry but I want to return the shoes, it's ok, I just bought the shoes for my daughter and these are for men so they are too big for her.
Cons
- Excessive rise at the heel and slight in other places, giving the impression of walking on high heels.
