I've never been a fan of Jabra Bluetooth headsets but a lot of my friends use and recommend them so I figured why not try and this was it my biggest mistake for the following reasons: - The sound quality is bad. I can barely hear the other end or her voice sounds so far away. However, I can hear "OK" on the other end - headphones/gels/whatever they're called are made of very coarse material and don't fit my ear well. I've tried the one that goes around my ear and it's not comfortable at all and takes a long time to put on. Another option is in-ear headphones, which should fit your ear. And let me tell you, it doesn't fit at all, keeps falling off my ear even when I'm not moving. And to keep it from falling, it has to be pushed hard into my ear, which hurts me a lot. Overall the mounting options are really VERY terrible - the button position is really, really idiotic. Whenever I try to set up my headset during a call, I hang up because I don't press the button. In fact if you try to do anything you will miss the button. You really have to think about button placement. I've only had these headphones for a few days and would like to return them but shipping will cost a lot more. I will NEVER buy Jabra again, I shouldn't have switched from Plantronics :)
