Sturdy appearance with tear protection
I bought these for three of my dogs, two of which needed to be tied up in the yard while I was away all day. Both disapproved of being tied to a 35-foot leash and ripped the D-ring from the collar. The two prong buckle is held as it should be, but the ring attaches to the collar from the outside with a strap sewn through. Web and stitching failed. The collar and buckle are strong, but if your dog is seriously strained they can come loose. I've since connected the ring around the collar instead of attaching it to it.
