I did this because I wanted to compare two shirts. Both fit well. Both appear to be well tailored and made of quality fabric. However, there is one key difference: PGA TOUR jerseys have been piling up over the past few months. The 100% polyester PGA jerseys now have an "odor", while the 90% cotton/10% polyester Hanes jerseys do not. how to wash I throw them in the washing machine and then in the dryer. Yes, I know, I did some internet research and found that I can get bad breath out of polyester shirts by simply soaking them in a mixture of hot water, vinegar, and Listerine mouthwash for several hours. It really works. in the interim. Thing is, I just want to do laundry, not all day. CONCLUSION: My experiment was a success. I will buy more Hanes and will not buy PGA again.
