2 weeks of use by the teacher and pairing via Bluetooth ended. I contacted the company, they did some troubleshooting and found it to be faulty. They were willing to send a new one but I got to Amazon within 30 days and made an exchange. But the new one did the same again 2 weeks later. I used the speaker to study. My students at home said the microphone quality was poor compared to the laptop's built-in microphone, but it was "good". I also hoped that the microphone would pick up everyone in the room, but that didn't happen. However, if it had stayed paired I would have kept it as getting the device to speak to a student was a lot less of a hassle than turning the speaker off to unmute and then turning it back on to avoid feedback. I definitely wish this device wouldn't turn off.
