This is a great glass for cold or hot. The temperature lasts about 7 hours. I love goldfish; it makes me smile when i use it! It comfortably holds 12 ounces without ice, not 16 ounces as advertised. It can hold 16 to the brim, no lid. When drinking, there are no spilling problems, the lid is tight and secure. I will definitely be buying more Tervi, ESPECIALLY since they are made in the USA! 4 stars due to the actual 12oz glass being listed as 16oz.
