It was not easy to use and tore the wall at work. How embarrassing and it took me 30 days to get back which is the least of my worries.

Installs as directed for alcohol cleaned walls. (painted 6 months ago). After 2 hours a photo of less than 4 pounds was hanging. Lay on the floor the next day along with a hanger. good concept. Bad product as others have reported.

As advertised, hangers are easy to install and hold up great. I put up my outer door, though protected by a storm door, to hang a plague on the door. It keeps the plague out perfectly even when you open and close the door and at different temperatures.

I had high hopes for them; Followed the directions to the tee and they stuck for about 24 hours and that was it. The painting I hung weighed about 1 lb and they should support up to 4 lbs. In one case I even put up two, but the picture fell anyway. Don't waste money on them!

These poor things didn't fit me at all. I hung a light frame on the wallpaper, and after a couple of weeks it tore off the wallpaper and fell to the floor. They might work well on a wall with no wallpaper, but now I'm afraid they'll peel the paint off! Won't use these anymore.

So I've never used command strips etc but when we moved I had a feeling our new LL situation would be redundant due to wear and tear. We have many beautiful murals and even larger items and the command strips just aren't cost effective. I've tried them, used two of them for our 24x48 pieces and they all worked great.
