The engineers must have come up with this

Obviously someone far smarter than me applied the principles of physics and had lunch with Houdini and this is the result of that meeting. On the wall is the original dry stone wall, I have to mention the house dates back to the 1970's and 8 months later they are still standing as beautiful as ever. This product is easy to use and if I can hang these suction cups myself, so can you!

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • I won't say anything

If it works, it's great. It doesn't always work.

This is a tricky product. When it works, it's just great. As if by magic, he presses everything against the wall. It is easy to install and durable. But for it to work, all the stars must line up. If there is a box in the wall, it doesn't work. If there is a hairpin, it will not work. If drywall is on brick it won't work. If the space behind the drywall is tight, it won't work. In total I had 7-8 places I wanted to use it and I was able to get it working in 3 or 4 of them.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Some bugs

DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY

I have the original Hercules hooks and they are great. I don't know how this seller could compare these monkey hooks to the original Hercules hook. Monkey hooks suck. They are difficult to hang on drywall and don't have the flexibility to hang pictures. The size of the hole is much larger and will not support the stated weight. I'm going to search the internet for the original Hercules and throw it in the trash. Really waste of money. Don't try them, you will regret it. I want to put minus zero

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Big regret for the best hardware

I don't know where all these great reviews came from or what I did wrong (I followed the instructions below t) but I really regret buying this product too to have. I used the largest hook to hang my new £30 clock. When I was done everything looked fine and strong. I was happy with the result. I went shopping and when I came back my watch was broken on the floor! I'm really mad at myself for buying this instead of using nails like I have with all my frames and canvases. These hooks are useless…

The best hook for hanging. ALL on drywall

Possibly the best device for hanging pictures and more. If you have drywall (most modern homes have), this is the best way to hang everything you need on the walls. I needed to hang a framed mirror in the bathroom and it took two brackets to place and mount it properly. I'm not a hands person but I simply measured the required distance and stuck the hook into the wall. It took me less than five minutes to hang the mirror. There are several YouTube videos that show exactly how to use the…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Innovative and useful!

Why didn't I think of that? We recently moved so my wife has been hanging a few things up for me every week for the past two months. Historically, I've been the "okay, I'll do it" type, as I don't just drop everything and find the right size hanger, find my hammer and tape measure, and hang something up if needed. One day she brought me a monkey hook, although the job has become much easier and cleaner. No tools required, just slide the hook through the drywall, flip it to the right side and…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure

Absolutely LOVE this product

Absolutely LOVE this product! I recently moved to a new apartment and brought a large 25# mirror with me. It sat on the floor in my dining room for a month simply because I was afraid of the holes I would have to drill in the wall to hang it. I was willing to use standard drywall screws (I even bought 2 packs) but decided to research mirror hanging tips first. I'm so glad I did this, otherwise I would never have come across Monkey Hook screams in any of the search results. I admit that most of…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

An excellent product for hanging drywall.

This is probably the best way to hang pictures, assuming your intended wall is what it was designed for, which is drywall with an empty space behind it. If there is a bobby pin or other hard object within 3 inches of the drywall, you will need a more traditional hanger. They leave a hole the size of a small nail but require no tools to install and are VERY secure and will support heavier paintings (use 2 or more for very heavy frames). The "flush" hooks only stick out of the wall about 1/4…

Pros
  • Freehand
Cons
  • Very Expensive
