Review on PEGENO Casual Sleeve T Shirts VG Green by Richard Cartner

A few days ago I wrote a review below and gave this product a star. The manufacturer has since contacted me and we have had good communication regarding possible alternatives to the "care label" method and they have assured that they are looking into the best way to apply the label and will start with that. I was also told (by my adult children) that the one star rating was a mistake on my part that I now regret. The manufacturer offered me a discount for my problems but I declined as it wasn't my intention. In fact, it's such a good shirt that I would buy it again (even if the tag hadn't been altered) and then pay the tailor $5 to have the tag removed. But I don't think it will be necessary. So I changed my rating to 4 stars. My first assessment was: These are great shirts, with one exception. The care label sewn into the crotch under the left arm scratches the body a lot. The material of the tag appears to be some kind of thin plastic. It is firmly sewn into the seam with many cross stitches. You can't cut it. Trimming small pieces around the seams won't work; Patiently picking out small pieces will not work. So buy them, but be prepared to pay someone $5 a shirt to rip the seam, remove the offending material from the tag, and then sew the seam back together. I don't know yet how the repaired firmware will hold up. So one star until the manufacturer fixes the problem; Without this problem I would have given five stars.
