This Shimano 160/140 Flatmount was exactly as shown in the product image. The description very precisely does not mention any of the hardware included in the kit. You should already have 2 special Shimano bolts attaching the caliper to the adapter. These screws have a specific head, I couldn't get them individually, and I had to buy another adapter somewhere that came with specific screws. it would be good. If you're installing a TRP caliper like I am, bolts don't come with it and you want to write a good review.
