I like how easy it was for me as an individual to use this software. It made my job so much easier! The customer service team helped me every step of the way when something went wrong. They were always willing to answer any questions I had about their product. There are many different ways you can customize your page layouts. This makes creating pages very flexible. Sometimes there would be some lag time between updates being posted online and showing up in our system. We used SMOVE to help us keep track of leads from social media sites such as Facebook & Twitter.
