REVISION 8/19/21: I contacted the seller and he was great. They quickly replaced my faulty fans. This provider has great customer service and I appreciate their support. I will buy them again if I need more neck compartments. I bought three of these neck fans. Two of them have already stopped working. They won't charge no matter how long they're plugged in. I'm very disappointed because we really liked these fans when they worked. Two of these were gifts for someone else and it's embarrassing when the gift doesn't work anymore. I've only had them for two months but the return window is closed.
