Easy to implement, easy to integrate into existing apps, fast deployment times - really great product! It is fairly expensive compared to other alternatives (such as CredSuite). If you have lots of data coming in through various applications such as Salesforce, SugarCRM etc., it makes sense for customers to host their own vault rather than use a third-party SaaS provider. This also allows organizations to better control what they are storing within our cloud environment. For many companies this has been less about cost but more around security concerns. I like that we can easily access our data from anywhere in the world, even if it is offsite. It has never been down for us over the past year and a half that we have used it. We use it to store backup files, and it works great! There are some minor things that could be improved (such as not being able to attach more than one file at a time), but overall, this has been a good product for us. Nothing! We use it to store backups. It has worked well for us so far.
