I bought this monitor as a refurbished product but from the moment I opened it until today. It does not work and does not look like a refurbished product. I needed a cheap monitor with decent picture quality for photo editing, video editing and some gaming. I'm having latency issues when playing games like World of Warcraft, Counter Strike, and Call of Duty. It was my primary and only monitor for about a month before adding a new primary monitor and switching to a secondary. It works great as a dual monitor setup and has never crashed or crashed on me for some reason. I can recommend it as a budget option for those who need a new monitor.
