This is a really comfy pillow that I use while gaming so I don't lean forward and cause unnecessary pain in my neck, shoulders and legs (I lean too much then my legs especially on the right leg when there is tension in the game). The fact that the pillow's legs can go behind my head also helps me get good head support when the controller and arms are in a really comfortable resting position when sitting in my chair or couch. It also helps a lot to have more padding on one side/leg than the other because I need more support on the right side. Good game 😊
