Shit instructions: Ethernet cable

I had a lot of trouble figuring out how to use this product and I still don't get it. I need to make test cords to make sure I'm doing everything right. Better instructions needed --- and print them out large and in color. Mark Senn, BSc (Computer Systems) Interdisciplinary Engineering, Purdue University. If I had to do it all over again, I would hire someone to do it.
