Works great! Buy another one to gift to a new mom! Colors are a great idea: green for a normal temperature, orange for a mild fever and red for a high fever - great at night when it's dark and you don't need a bright light to see what the temperature is. . You can take this while your baby is sleeping without disturbing him. The sounds are not loud, rather quiet so as not to disturb the baby. I like that the earbud is magnetic. The Fahrenheit and Celsius controls are on the inside, so you don't have to worry about accidentally tapping them or accidentally turning them on. Also check the temperature for children, adults or room temperature. Great product, I recommend - and at a great price!
