Review on Dura Faucet DF-SA150-ORB RV Shower Faucet Valve Diverter (Oil Rubbed Bronze) by John Walker

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice upgrade for my camper, all parts were included, the price is high but acceptable.

My 2018 Winnebago Sunstar 29 1½ came with plastic mounts that creaked constantly. Our shower had traditional hot and cold notes and a shower hose connection on the floor. During operation, both handles rotated in the same direction. Dura Faucet RV shower valve switch with light rotary handle for RV, CI like single lever mixer and brushed nickel, mostly a matter of style and ease of use. Dura Faucet RV shower faucet diverter valve with easy twist RV lever was the only one at a reasonable price, if a bit steep for all that plastic. Most if not all motorhomes etc have a shower hose connection at the bottom, this is not the case. As several knowledgeable and skillful people have noted, this faucet can be easily converted by simply removing the lever and turning it in reverse, and flipping the faucet works, but it's not the best. I think the best way is to remove the cap behind the adjustment lever that goes past the lever and the round white thing behind it and put it back on pointing in the opposite direction. Pay attention to the position of the switch, the two holes must match the water inlets. Reassemble and hand tighten the cap, install and check for leaks, close and seal with silicone. I know it sounds complicated, but the faucet is easy to take apart if you have it handy. I had no leaks and it worked well, looks very nice and improved the look of the shower.
