I have no idea what those random white spots are. At first it seemed strange to me, but in fact it is a shine. The colors are made in pink-purple tones. The palette feels heavy, but not too heavy. Underneath is a concealer. I personally would never use it. Maybe lids are good? After swatching, the colors accentuate the cracks in the skin, and that kind of thing ages you prematurely. Use a good foundation and moisturizer and maybe that could be a good thing? I am extremely disappointed.
