This is a strong collar that can fit a large dog but is uncomfortable for smaller ones. I bought these for two of my healers (they weigh about 40lbs) and they look just the way they are. very uncomfortable. The top collar is THICK which we had for about a month and with my rough dogs they held up. but it's definitely too much collar, especially for my boy who has a THICK double coat. To close it you must first pass it through a metal ring. So if your dog can't put a collar on, this isn't for you. Ours is fine, but we left them "naked" every night so putting them back on quickly became a chore, especially when I was trying to potty in the morning. The metal ring is huge and I can say that it is annoying for dogs. The seam is very thick and hard. And in general everything is very hard, thick and a lot of things are happening. Not sure how easy it is to clean, we haven't looked into it yet. but they are BRIGHT, the colors are very beautiful but get dirty quickly. Not terrible collars, definitely not for us.
