What's up Propét? I still have a pair of low-cut hiking shoes that have been phenomenal in the three years I've worn them. These X5 shoes are definitely too narrow, although after reading the reviews I ordered a size and width larger than usual (9 xxWide). They were too short and too tight. I put them on, walked around the house a bit, then went down a block and came back from the house and decided I was going to return them. Propét definitely saves with this product, reducing the cost of materials and making them undersized. That's unfortunate. I immediately ordered a pair of Mt Emey shoes which should arrive in about a week. Hope they get a lot better.
