and am looking forward to the functionality of the mirrors. As I have done many times over the past year during self-isolation, I cut my hair and needed help looking at the back of my head. I figured that would do the job just fine. I was very disappointed that the product didn't live up to the rave reviews. It was like a fun house and it was hard for me to see myself fully. Mirrors are very small. As for the review mentioning that the company refunds money for an outstanding review, I can't say that was my experience. There was no small card or note in the package. Maybe they were lucky. This is being sent back because I want a refund.
