First I received a defective item. The seller contacted me with a replacement offer. Get a new working version of this cable quickly. It's perfect for travel, especially since we have multiple devices with different connection types. It covered us. The only way to improve this is to make multiple connections available at the same time, but to use them you have to somehow chain them to themselves (with one connector connected to the other) in order to use them. However, I can see where this will cause power issues. I am satisfied with the responsiveness of this company and with the product.
