Not suitable for micro USB charging.

The main reason I bought it was that I could use a micro USB charger with iPhone charging capability as a bonus. I noticed that the micro USB connector doesn't have two small "teeth" on the bottom. As a result, it does not have a good connection (it is too weak) and you have to support the connector in order to jam the connector to the phone's contact. I tested this with two different portable power supplies I have and it was the same situation. Why this happened I only realized after comparing

Edited new rating for great customer service

First I received a defective item. The seller contacted me with a replacement offer. Get a new working version of this cable quickly. It's perfect for travel, especially since we have multiple devices with different connection types. It covered us. The only way to improve this is to make multiple connections available at the same time, but to use them you have to somehow chain them to themselves (with one connector connected to the other) in order to use them. First I received a non-working item. The seller contacted me with a replacement offer. Get a new working version of this cable quickly. It's perfect for travel, especially since we have multiple devices with different connection types. It covered us. The only way to improve this is to make multiple connections available at the same time, but to use them you somehow have to chain them to themselves (with one connector plugged into the other) in order to use them. Broke after 3 months - no guarantee, not worth the hassle.

Excellent price for a cable that didn't last three months before it broke, accompanied by a flimsy and inconvenient warranty that makes it impossible to get a replacement without wasting hours of your time. Requested photos first, a few days later requested a full video of the cable plugged into the wall and a screen video of the cellphone showing the cable not charging. USB-C end connector failed in less than 2 months - NO WARRANTY/SUPPORT

Cable Bought at the end of March, started after "tax day" - loved it. Looks powerful and well built. Bought to travel with a cable. seemed like the perfect fit. When plugged into my Apple charger and connected to my iPAD Air (USB-C) through the cradle, it would never pull or move the cable from the charger through the cradle. Worked great to keep my iPad and iPhone charged for weeks. After less than 2 months of use, the iPAD (USB-C) could not be charged, but the Lightning connector still works.
